User Voice

User Voice is a UK charity run by and for ex-offenders. It exists to ensure people who are in prison or on probation have a say in the design and delivery of services. During the pandemic, User Voice engaged with over 20,000 service users to understand the impact of Covid restrictions. The resulting report and pamphlet version highlights key issues through the experiences of those who were consulted, and the solutions they propose. As well as reports, I have written tender bids for the organisation which successfully secured six-figure government contracts.
